What you are buying

Digital files (PDF) delivered by download link after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Licence

Personal, non-commercial use for your own family or classroom. You may print as many copies as you need. You may not resell, redistribute, upload or share the files, or use the artwork commercially.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Digital downloads are delivered immediately and all sales are final: we do not accept returns or give refunds once the files have been delivered, except for the file problems described below. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

If a file is damaged, will not open, or is not what we described, contact us within 30 days (details are on your payment receipt) and we will send a working file or refund you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. Applicable VAT is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Liability

Printables should be used with adult supervision. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Contact and disputes

Contact us first and we will try to fix it. EU consumers can also use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission.
